OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Auralyn Global Limited, trading as PUSUN TENNIS. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Auralyn Global Limited. We provide this website, including the information, products, tools and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. If you purchase on behalf of a company, club, school, distributor or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. PRODUCTS, INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, compatibility, colors and images accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, product improvements or manufacturing updates. Product dimensions and performance figures may be subject to reasonable tolerances.

Products and services may have limited availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct inaccurate information when reasonably necessary. Any material change to an accepted order will be communicated to you.

4. PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices are primarily stated in United States dollars (USD), unless another currency is displayed at checkout. Currency conversion rates and fees applied by your card issuer, bank or payment provider are outside our control.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not include sales tax, VAT, GST or similar transaction taxes. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout as required by law.

Unless a product page or checkout expressly states otherwise, we cover import duties for orders that we accept. Orders delivered to the European Union and the United Kingdom are shipped on a delivered-duty-paid basis, with applicable import duties and import taxes included in the amount charged at checkout. Customers remain responsible for additional charges caused by inaccurate delivery information, refusal to provide customs information or other circumstances attributable to the customer.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We accept an order when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order on lawful grounds, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, export restrictions or delivery limitations. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item to the original payment method.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by market.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request cancellation before the order has shipped by contacting support@pusuntennis.com. A cancellation is effective only after we confirm it.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may refuse delivery where permitted by the carrier or request an authorized return. Any refund will be processed only after the product has been returned to and inspected by the designated warehouse. For non-defective returns, shipping or return costs may be deducted where permitted by law and our Return Policy.

7. PRE-ORDERS

Products identified as pre-orders may have estimated production or shipment dates. These dates are estimates and can change because of manufacturing, logistics, customs or other circumstances. The product page or checkout will state whether full payment or a deposit is collected. Unless a product is customized or otherwise stated before purchase, a pre-order may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us. Mandatory consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Where we offer a recurring subscription, the price, billing frequency, minimum term, renewal terms and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. By subscribing, you expressly authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.

You may cancel future renewals through the method described at checkout, through your account where available, or by contacting support@pusuntennis.com before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund a subscription period that has already begun, except where required by law or stated in the applicable subscription terms.

9. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RISK AND TITLE

Processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping origins and available delivery services are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available to receive the shipment. Please inspect the package promptly after delivery and report loss, visible damage or missing items to us as soon as reasonably possible.

For consumer orders, risk of loss passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Title passes only after we receive full payment.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Unless a longer mandatory period applies, eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery after obtaining return authorization from us.

Products should be returned in the condition and packaging required by the Return Policy. Customized or special-order products may be non-returnable except for verified defects or where return rights cannot lawfully be excluded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

11. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Product warranty coverage is described in the product listing and our Warranty Statement. Unless a product page states otherwise, PUSUN main units are covered by a three-year limited warranty and lithium batteries are covered by a one-year limited warranty, beginning on the delivery date.

Warranty service may include remote diagnosis, repair guidance, replacement parts, repair or product replacement, depending on the issue and applicable policy. Prior authorization is required before sending a product to a service center or warehouse.

The commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

12. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

You are responsible for reading and following the product manual, safety warnings, installation instructions and maintenance requirements. Sports training machines, stringing machines, batteries and powered equipment must be used only for their intended purposes and with appropriate supervision, protective measures and operating space.

Do not modify, dismantle or repair a product unless instructed or authorized by us. Unauthorized modifications, misuse, improper storage, water exposure, accident, neglect, use of incompatible accessories or failure to follow the manual may affect warranty coverage.

13. WEBSITE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the security or operation of the website, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content without permission, impersonate another person, violate intellectual property rights, submit unlawful or abusive content, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

We may restrict access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content, including text, photographs, videos, product graphics, software, page designs and branding, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. PUSUN names, logos and product marks may not be used without permission from the relevant rights holder.

You may view and use the website for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes. No other license is granted.

15. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, image, video, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy and any permissions required by law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or unrelated to the relevant product or Service.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services. The Service may also include payment providers, carriers, review platforms, analytics services, social media features or links to third-party websites. Those third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services or websites, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We provide products with the express warranties stated in the applicable Warranty Statement and with all warranties, guarantees and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, website content and optional online tools are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, although we take reasonable measures to maintain its security and availability.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or loss of data. Our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

20. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Auralyn Global Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Service, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

21. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil disturbance, government action, export or import restrictions, carrier disruption, labor disputes, utility failures or major technology outages. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and will inform affected customers where appropriate. Your mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in another court available under the laws of your country or region of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact support@pusuntennis.com so that we can try to resolve the issue.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

24. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms referenced in them, form the agreement between you and us concerning the Service and your purchases.
