Warranty Statement
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. ABOUT THIS WARRANTY
This Warranty Statement is issued by Auralyn Global Limited, trading as PUSUN TENNIS ("PUSUN TENNIS", "we", "us" or "our"). It describes the commercial warranty and after-sales service available for eligible PUSUN products purchased through https://pusuntennis.com or an authorized PUSUN sales channel.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or region. It does not replace, exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD
Unless a product page, quotation or written sales agreement states a different warranty period:
- Main unit: Three-year limited warranty.
- Lithium battery: One-year limited warranty.
The warranty period begins on the product's delivery date. If reliable delivery records are unavailable, we may use the purchase date or another reasonable proof of delivery. A product-specific warranty that is longer or more favorable than this Statement will continue to apply.
3. WHO AND WHAT ARE COVERED
This warranty applies to an eligible PUSUN product purchased for personal or business use when valid proof of purchase is provided. Proof may include an order confirmation, invoice, receipt or other reliable purchase record.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use and within the applicable warranty period. Covered products may include tennis and padel ball machines, pickleball machines, table tennis robots, stringing machines and other PUSUN equipment where the product page or sales documents refer to this Warranty Statement.
If you purchased from an authorized reseller, the reseller may assist with the claim. We may ask for the reseller's name, purchase record and product serial number to verify eligibility.
4. WHAT THE MAIN-UNIT WARRANTY COVERS
The main-unit warranty covers verified failures of covered mechanical, electrical or electronic components caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Depending on the product and issue, covered components may include motors, control boards, displays, internal wiring, power systems and structural components that are not designed to be routinely consumed or replaced through normal use.
Coverage is subject to the product being installed, operated, charged, stored and maintained in accordance with its user manual and safety instructions.
5. LITHIUM BATTERY WARRANTY
The one-year battery warranty covers a verified defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper charging and storage. Battery performance naturally decreases over time and with charge cycles. Normal gradual capacity loss is not a defect unless the loss is abnormal and qualifies for coverage under applicable law or product-specific terms.
Battery damage caused by improper charging, deep discharge, prolonged storage without maintenance, excessive heat or cold, water exposure, impact, puncture, use of an incompatible charger, or failure to follow battery safety instructions is not covered by this commercial warranty.
If a battery is swollen, leaking, unusually hot, damaged or producing an unusual odor, stop using and charging it immediately, keep it away from combustible materials, and contact us for safety instructions. Do not ship a lithium battery until we provide approved packaging and carrier instructions.
6. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This commercial warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes or gradual performance changes that do not result from a defect;
- Consumable or wear parts that deteriorate through normal use, including throwing wheels and comparable wear surfaces, unless the part was defective when supplied;
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, collision, dropping, neglect, improper transportation or use outside the product's intended purpose;
- Water, rain, excessive moisture, sand, dust, corrosion, fire, excessive heat or cold, or other unsuitable environmental conditions;
- Incorrect assembly, installation, voltage, charging, storage or maintenance, or failure to follow the user manual and safety instructions;
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, firmware alteration or use of incompatible or non-original accessories, batteries, chargers or parts where this caused or contributed to the issue;
- Damage caused by a third-party product, carrier or service not arranged or authorized by us;
- Loss of accessories, remote controls, chargers, manuals or other components after delivery;
- Products with a removed, altered or unreadable serial number where this prevents reasonable verification of the product or claim; or
- A problem that cannot be reproduced or is found not to result from a covered defect after reasonable diagnosis.
An exclusion applies only to the extent that the excluded event caused or contributed to the claimed problem. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
7. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Email support@pusuntennis.com and provide:
- Your order number, invoice or other proof of purchase;
- The product model and serial number, where available;
- A clear description of the problem and when it began;
- Photographs or a short video showing the issue, display messages and relevant components; and
- The troubleshooting steps already attempted.
Please do not include passwords, payment card information or unrelated personal information in photographs or videos.
We normally provide an initial response or diagnostic guidance within one business day after receiving complete information. Complex or intermittent issues may require additional testing. Response and service estimates are targets rather than guaranteed completion times.
8. REMOTE DIAGNOSIS AND MODULAR SERVICE
Many PUSUN products use modular components. We may first provide troubleshooting instructions, a software or firmware check, a video guide, or a replacement component that can be installed without specialist tools.
We will not ask a consumer to perform a repair that is unsafe, unreasonably difficult or likely to damage the product. If remote diagnosis or a reasonable modular repair is not appropriate or does not resolve a covered issue, we will arrange another remedy in accordance with this Statement and applicable law.
9. WARRANTY REMEDIES
After confirming a covered defect, we may provide one or more of the following remedies:
- Troubleshooting and repair guidance;
- Replacement parts and installation instructions;
- Repair through an authorized service facility;
- Replacement of the affected product; or
- A price reduction or refund where required by applicable law or where repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
For a covered claim, required replacement parts and standard shipping are provided at no charge. The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the defect, product availability, location, repair feasibility and applicable consumer law. Where the law gives the consumer a choice of remedy, that legal right takes priority.
10. SHIPPING AND SERVICE AUTHORIZATION
Authorization is required before sending a product, component or battery to a warehouse or service facility. If shipment is necessary, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the authorized address, packaging requirements and carrier instructions.
Do not send warranty items to our Hong Kong registered office, an address shown on an old webpage, or any warehouse without our written authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be delayed, refused or returned to the sender.
For a verified covered defect, we cover reasonable, authorized shipping required to complete the approved remedy. We may provide a prepaid label or approve reimbursement of a reasonable shipping charge. Keep the carrier receipt and do not purchase an unusually expensive service without written approval.
If inspection determines that the issue is not covered, we will explain the finding. Any optional paid repair, replacement part, return shipping or other charge will be quoted for approval before it is incurred, except where applicable law requires a different result.
11. PARTS AND SERVICE TIMES
Replacement parts for an approved claim are typically delivered within 3-15 business days after the claim is confirmed, depending on inventory, destination, customs and carrier conditions. Complex repairs, oversized equipment and remote locations may require more time.
Where local service is available, we may direct the product to an authorized regional facility. For complex repairs in the United States, service may be arranged through our California service facility. Service locations may change, so always use the address supplied with the current RMA.
We will provide reasonable status updates if a material delay occurs. These estimates do not limit any right to a remedy within a reasonable time under applicable law.
12. REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCTS
A repaired product, replacement product or replacement part remains covered for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period, or for any longer minimum period required by law. Repair or replacement does not reduce statutory consumer rights.
Where a whole product is replaced, the original product or component returned to us becomes our property after the replacement is completed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13. RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
If you wish to return a product within 30 days after delivery, including for a change of mind, please follow our Return Policy. Return authorization is required before shipment.
A warranty claim concerns a product defect and is separate from a change-of-mind return. A product problem reported after the 30-day return window may still qualify for warranty service or statutory remedies.
14. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
This Statement is a commercial warranty. Consumers may have separate legal rights against the seller if goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise do not conform to the sales contract.
For example, consumers in the European Union generally have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery, and national law may provide additional protection. Consumers in the United Kingdom may also have remedies that continue independently of this commercial warranty. These statutory rights may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Any time limit, exclusion, proof requirement or remedy selection in this Statement applies only to our commercial warranty and does not override mandatory law.
15. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
This commercial warranty applies to eligible business purchases unless a quotation, purchase order, distributor agreement, customized order or other written agreement states different warranty terms. Statutory rights available only to consumers do not apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.
16. LIMITS OF THE COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty covers the product remedies described above and does not cover indirect or consequential losses such as lost training time, lost revenue, travel, court hire, installation, third-party labor or substitute equipment. Nothing in this section excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
