We provide a 3-year warranty on the main machine unit and a 1-year warranty on the lithium battery. During the warranty period, we offer free shipping of spare parts for any manufacturing defects.
Ball & Surface Compatibility
Compatible with standard indoor and outdoor pickleballs. For the most consistent feeding and reduced jamming, use uniform TPE balls in good condition.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is available to supported destinations. The EU local warehouse is temporarily out of stock, but EU orders remain available and ship by direct air in approximately 14 days, the same route used for the UK. For South America and other destinations, please contact us before ordering.
