Pusun Care: Warranty & Service Policy

At Pusun, we are committed to keeping your game going. Our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and supportive.

I. Warranty Coverage We provide a comprehensive warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

🟢Main Unit: 3-Year Warranty

🟢Lithium Battery: 1-Year Warranty

Note: Battery warranty applies only under proper use and storage conditions as described in the user manual.

Warranty Period: The warranty begins on the date your product is delivered.

What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear on consumable parts (e.g., throwing wheels), or use of non-original accessories.

II. How We Fix It In case of technical issues, we offer a fast, modular repair service:

Diagnosis: Email support@pusuntennis.com with your Order # and a Video of the issue. We typically diagnose issues within 24 business hours after receiving complete information.

Free Parts: We provide replacement parts at no cost during the warranty period.

Delivery Time: Typically 3-15 business days.

Guidance: We provide clear video tutorials for easy part replacement.

Local Service (USA): For complex repairs that cannot be fixed remotely, we have a service center in California.

Important: Authorization is required before shipping. Pusun is not responsible for items shipped without prior authorization.

III. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the machine within 30 days of receipt.

1.Return Conditions:

You must contact us to get a Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping.

The item must be returned in its original packaging (box and foam) to ensure safety during transit. Returns without original packaging may be rejected.

2.Who Pays for Shipping?

Quality Issues: Pusun covers all shipping costs.

Change of Mind ("Don't like it"): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Tip: We can provide a discounted pre-paid return label and deduct the cost from your refund to save you money.

3.Restocking & Refurbishment Fee: To keep our prices fair for everyone, we charge a nominal fee for used returns to cover cleaning and parts replacement:

Brand New / Unopened: No fee. Full Refund.

Used / Open Box: A fee (typically $10 - $60 USD) will be deducted from the refund, depending on the condition (dirt, scratches, or wear).

Note: Pusun reserves the right to charge a higher fee if the machine is returned with severe damage or missing parts.
