Return policy

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused).

  • In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

3. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), you will not be responsible for the shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or cover the cost.

  • Customer Preference: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong model), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the shipping carrier you choose.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will offer replacement parts, repair guidance, or a full replacement if necessary.

6. Customized Products
Customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless there is a verifiable quality issue.

7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

 

8.Return Shipping Costs & Reimbursement

  • Defective or Damaged Products: PUSUN covers the return shipping costs for quality-related issues.

    • Process: The buyer must prepay the return shipping fee at the carrier. Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm the defect, we will reimburse the shipping cost to your original payment method.

  • Non-Quality Issues: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This fee is non-refundable.
