We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we handle returns:
• 30-Day Return Guarantee: You may return products within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
• Defective or Damaged Items: Please contact us with photos/videos within 7 days of receipt. We will offer replacement parts, repair guidance, or a full replacement if necessary.
• Customized Products: Customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
