At Pusun Tennis, we are committed to delivering your smart tennis training equipment as quickly and safely as possible. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the product type (Machines vs. Accessories).

1. Tennis Ball Machines (Main Units)

We ship our machines from local warehouses based on your delivery destination to ensure fast delivery.

🇺🇸 United States Orders

  • Shipping Method: Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (FBA).

  • Estimated Delivery: 1 – 7 Business Days

  • Shipped From: San Bernardino (CA), Phoenix (AZ), Aurora (CO), Charleston (TN), and other US facilities.

🇪🇺 European Union (EU) Orders

  • Shipping Method: Local courier service.

  • Estimated Delivery: 1 – 5 Business Days

  • Shipped From: Hagen, Germany.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom (UK) Orders

  • Estimated Delivery: 1 – 3 Business Days

  • Shipped From: Local UK warehouse.


2. Accessories & Spare Parts (Important)

To ensure we offer a full range of replacement parts and accessories, these items are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility.

  • Applicable Items: Remote controls, extra batteries, replacement wheels, power adapters, and other standalone accessories.

  • Shipping Origin: Global Manufacturing Hub (China).

  • Estimated Delivery: 14 – 28 Business Days

  • Note: If you order a machine and accessories together, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.


3. International / Rest of World (Machines)

For countries not listed above (Canada, Australia, Asia, etc.):

  • Shipping Method: International Express / Air Freight.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7 – 15 Business Days

  • Origin: Shipped directly from China.

4. Customs & Duties

  • US, EU, and UK Orders: No extra customs duties. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

  • International Orders: For countries not listed above, customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes charged by their local customs authorities.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link.

  • For US orders, you may receive a tracking number from carriers such as UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics (TBA).

  • If you do not receive your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us at support@pusuntennis.com.
